Just for a change....

Time for a little break from scrapbooking......and as it's half term this week I have a bit more time for crafting.....especially as the weather isn't suitable for doing much else.....so thought I'd make a few cards.....starting with some 'masculine' cards....as I never have any when I need them.
I started by making a card using the sketch on Crafts 4 Eternity
And remembering how much quicker it is to make a group of cards using the same set of supplies......I made a couple more.
If I'd had more than 3 small pieces of these decorative papers I'd probably have made more as I really liked them and the colour combo......a lot more masculine than most of my papers.
Thought I'd also join these in with the 'green' challenge on Simply Create Too

What a fab treatment of this image, smashing cards - interestingly enough Bluebertie (from CB) used this same image recently ..... http://marvelousmechanicalmouseorgan.blogspot.co.uk/2014/02/lotv-monthly-challenge-name-that-tune.html

Wow! These are lovely Jackie. You're so right about making more than one at a time. I really must get into that habit.

Those images are perfect for the sketch, and I love the color combination. My fave is the fishing one, too.

I am intentional about masculine cards right now. I think it's partly in response to all the pink and girlyness of Valentines. I purchased a few paper pads this week that will be perfect :) Always makes me happy to see your cards!
