Christmas traditions mini album

This week on the 'Get Ready for Christmas' after school course that I'm teaching......we looked at Christmas traditions.......and encouraged the parents and children to start making their own 'Christmas traditions' mini album..........that they could then add to throughout December.
Mine was made a few years ago.......as shown by how tatty it's getting!! I didn't scrapbook when my kids were little.......so sadly there are photos I just don't have.......and wish I did.......like opening advent calendars.

face painting
christmas parties....and a Santa aversion!!
decorating the tree......and making gingerbread
gran's Christmas Eve party........and opening presents
dressing up as Santa.......and piling onto mum and dad's bed [far too early!]
silly hats.......and present opening
Hopefully.....the families on the course will end up with a lovely little book.....that they can bring out each December to look at together.
If you've missed the 'pass the book' post.....it's the one before this......open til Monday.

Oh Jacky, I love this mini-book! I have been wanting to do something similar - in fact I've started on several that never got finished. Yours is adorable and something that will be treasured for years to come. xo

This is delightful! Like you I started scrapbooking too late. Sevral years ago I started a large Christmas album with a two-page spread for each Christmas with some of the photos I have. This made me think of it. When we get home I think I'll try to get it finished. Thanks for the inspiration.

I might scrapbook with young children but I still seem to manage to miss decent photos on Christmas day - oh well! I think you have done a marvellous job in capturing the spirit of your traditions in this mini!
