Time to BBQ??!!

In the summer we have a lot of BBQs.......our friends D + G usually come to them.......D has his own BBQ.......but seems to have an aversion to using it.......despite G nagging suggesting......OH hinting.......and actually being a very good BBQ cook.
Usually he manages to get his  BBQ out once a year......this year he managed it precisely......... zero times.
Tomorrow is D's birthday......as well as being difficult about BBQs.....he is also very difficult to buy presents for [I do hope you're not getting the impression he's a difficult person!].
But then I saw this in Marks and Spencer's sale
and these serviettes being sold off in Morrisons
and then noticed these in Sainsburys
and decided to add these
And, of course, it all needs a card to go with it
Do you think he might see a subtle blatant message here??
The card is a lovely LOTV image coloured with copics.......all the papers are Cosmo Cricket.......the sketch from Stamp with Fun.......and spots and stripes for Stamp Something.

Oh, Jacky, this card is SO cute! And absolutely perfect. I would LOVE to see your stamp collection sometime! :o)

I know what you mean about boys being "difficult" about BBQ. Happens all the time around here when my husband gets together with his friends and/or brothers! xo

well, short of hitting him over the head with the book... I think you've done everything possible to convey the message!

Fab gift idea, lovely card (appropriate image too) and loving the Craft Stamper freebie stamp too. A success, I'd say.

I appreciate your kind comments and your visits to my blog, I will try to update it from time to time, but I can not promise. I will miss blogland, take care and catch up soon, from me - wondering if anyone will miss me in blogland...
