Journal Your Christmas 2.....and a Tim Holtz tag.

Shimelle's 2nd prompt was about the weather...........now that's something us Brits know about........talk about.........could be classed as obsessed about......possibly because our weather forecasters find it impossible to get right........probably because our weather changes.........not by the week.........not by the day.........but by the hour. On any day.......in any month.....our cars need to contain.....umbrellas......sunglasses.....de-icer.

Or p'raps it's because we seem unable to cope with any type of real weather........if it rains,the roads flood.....if it snows,they turn to ice.......if it's hot,they melt......in fact it's quite surprising this country doesn't constantly grind to a halt!!

Would I like it to snow on christmas day........yes........so long as it vanishes before it changes to a slippery,slushy black muck!!

I love the gorgeous ATCs and tags on Rinda's blog..........and she has inspired me to have a go at some of Tim Holtz 12 Tags of Christmas.......the man is a genius..........I love his work........but it is way out of my comfort zone attempting myself.......not to mention that the only Ranger products I own are Distress Inks and Stickles.....but his first tag this year fitted so well with Shimelle's prompt ..........that I've had a go and added to this page in my journal.......hope it isn't too much of an insult to him!!!!

And now we're off out for our first xmas meal this year........it's an annual event with a group of friends........some of whom we don't see that often.........it's always early in December so as not to clash with work events etc............and always seems like the beginning of xmas to us.
