Days in Dorset

Back in August we spent a few days in Dorset......basically relaxing and being tourists.......I blogged about it in this post.......so I just wanted to make one layout about the trip to go in my annual album.
The motor museum at Beaulieu was definately our favourite place......we ended up spending most of a day there......well worth a visit if you're in Dorset or Hampshire.
I chose a few photos that gave a feel for the Dorset visit, printed them small size and mounted onto green card.....the background papers were all chosen to bring out some of the bright colours in the photos.
I definately now need to start on my christmas cards.....I can't actually believe it's November already.....though I know it is because when I went into Costa today they were selling their gingerbread muffins.....one of the best things ever......and sadly they only sell them in the run up to christmas.....though, actually, that's probably a very good thing!!!

I love how you chose a small car to go with your small pix!!! lol! I remember those little "bubble" cars! Lovely layout and a fab reminder of the vacation too.

Happy Friday, Jacky

| lovely colourful page and I like how you picked out the background to go with the petrol pump. Gingerbread muffins sound lovely. I'm not a Costa girl myself but could be tempted by those seasonal bakes. Personally I like to have food at certain times of the year as it gives us something to look forward to. I don't get that hot cross buns are available all year.

I think you've done my home county proud. Glad you enjoyed your stay here.

No no no .... Anything ginger flavour should be banned lol ok, maybe that's a tad harsh lol.

Love what you've done here with the smaller photos, such a great way to showcase a lovely trip x

A perfect mix of photos; love getting a look at places I know nothing about. The stores here, too, are filling with Christmas goodies. I was at Target yesterday and found the planner I love, and ended up in the Christmas section.
