Have a hoot of a christmas

There's a bit of an owl theme going on at the moment....everything you can imagine is festooned with owls......I can't say I'm over keen on 'flying things' myself.....I think I watched Hitchcock's 'The Birds' when I was too young!!
DD1.....on the other hand.....loves them....and has all manner of owl themed belongings.....scarves, mugs, bags, t shirts etc etc......so when I saw a christmas themed 'owly' free download on Docrafts Facebook page.....I couldn't resist.
A bit of paper cutting was involved.....but nothing too fiddly I'm pleased to report.....and I added the snowflake paper. Some punched stars and snowflakes......and a sentiment to complete them.
Personally I think these owls are a lot cuter and safer than the real thing!!

I'm the same; flying things are not my favourite! Though owls are definitely better than pigeons..and they look very good on cards

Another one here that isn't that keen on the real thing although I do love all the owl bits that are around at the moment, and you've created really lovely cards here

These are really cute. I seem to be in the minority here. I love seeing real owls.

Before she lost her house to a fire, my mother-in-law had a really amazing collection of owls of all kinds! Like Fiona, I'm thrilled to see a real owl. Yours are really cute!
