And now for the girls

Having dug out an old MME paper pad for some masculine cards on my last post.....I thought I'd use up the remnants of the papers on a couple of girly cards.
Not many papers seem to work for masculine and feminine cards......so I'm pleased that I've managed both with this pad.....with just the addition of plain card, minimum embellishments and a sentiment.
I have a lot of part used 6 x 6 paper pads......and it feels good to finish some of them off.....rather than starting a new one.....this should be my new resolution,I think!
A few challenges......'anything goes' for That Craft Place, Just Inspirational Challenges and Challenges 4 Everybody.......'use your stash' for Simply Create Too......ABC Challenge want 'g is for girls'.....and Craft Your Passion want 'birthday'.

Another set of darling cards! I have so many partly used 6X6 paper pads (even after the purge!) that it would take years to use them all up!

Both are adorable! I am making myself use bits, pieces and scraps on all my cards now...hoping to deplete the accumulation. Nice thing is I am falling in love with some all over again :)

I couldn't tell you the last time I actually finished a paper pad, you've inspired me to get layering and get it used up!!

Two gorgeous cards. I love the blues and browns together, and the second card the image really pops with the shades of brown colouring.
