I know most people are happy with bits sticking out of their albums......and I wouldn't have minded if they'd been too wide......but I don't really want bits of plastic sticking out of the top.....so the 'two 6 x 4s' have been relegated to the stash pile......and the other set have been
As my album is a combo of a JYC and December [nearly] Daily.....I'm documenting all our December events......and decided our weekend in York merited some extra photos.
Which have gone into the 'altered' protector......the measurements of which are now nearer 6 x 7!!
A lesson learned,I think.

Oh, the vagaries of albums! I definitely feel your pain.

ha ha "mutilated!" That made me smile!
I would never have know you mutilated those poor protectors if you hadn't said so! But hey, they found a lovely home, so hopefully it was worth the pain.
Thanks so much for my beautiful Christmas card! I think you sent me the one I loved most out of all the ones you made!
Oops - the benefit of hindsight eh! Lovely layout - that striped paper is super

Yes, page protectors are pesky at the best of times if you ask me .... give up on it all Jacky and go digital! Kidding! ;-)
I'd never have guessed either! Your lovely pages have a soft and golden look - that's a nice list of things you did :). I regularly cut up page protectors to interleave between pages in my spiral bound album ...
your JYC is looking fabulous, haven't even started mine that I would promise to do this year. I'll still be doing it in a June heatwave at this rate.

This is looking great. What a shame about the page protectors, but you seem to have solved the problem!
I can relate! Even with the Simple Stories album, I've found it difficult to organize my layouts. If I use a divided page protector for one day, the next day also needs the same protector for the back side. It's turning out to be quite a logistical problem, and it's really slowing me down. Nonetheless, YOUR pages are looking lovely!
I have OCD so I completely know where you're coming from Jacky LOL Such wonderful pages & thank you so much for my gorgeous card! Merry Christmas :) xxx
You must have a stack of gorgeous albums now Jacky. Love your pages.
