Except......I know one little girl who didn't.....I think Amy knows one as well. This is my page for the August sketch challenge on the Scrap Addicts forum at Craftbubble......just a wee bit late.
The title says it all!!! The journaling adds 'Weddings are not always fun - when you're 2 years old - wearing an uncomfortable dress - with people you don't know very well - a too long, boring church service- it all just makes you grumpy'.
Actually......she also spent part of the service sticking her tongue out at people......very uncharacteristic for a normally polite little girl........she obviously had a great need to make her feelings known!!!!
Even the bribe reward of a toy after the wedding.....just didn't do it!!
Also.......I learned today......that I'm not too keen on these 2 colours together.....even though they work with the photos......won't use them again.

I've no idea what "thickers" are - is that the 3D letters then? I LOVE your layout Jacky and those colours DO work just great although - like you - they would never be my first choice to put together. Smashing photos

:o) It's funny that the nostalgia and excitement that adults feel over weddings is completely lost on children. Too bad because I've always felt that they are such an adorable addition to the process! xo
I love LO's that document things that aren't all sweetness & light!!...Oh! & how many times have I been at a meeting/event, bored, & would have loved to have poked my tongue out at someone?!!!
I almost hyperventilated in TKMaxx yesterday when I spotted a whole shelf of American Craft goodies...I had a serious rummage but was very rstrained as I'm still overstocked from our Chicago shopping!!!

Now this is a great theme for a layout, shows real life lol. The colours are not an immediate choice for me either but there are perfect with the colours in the photos. TK Max have had some great offers on recently in the craft area.

She was a gorgeous little flowergirl :-) It's hard for them and funny to look back at now, but boy .. frustrating on the day!
