Christmas in August

There seems to be a lot of Christmas challenges in Blogland this week.......must be the new school term looming that's brought it on. Still, it's given me the perfect excuse to play with my new LOTV christmas stamps........purchased with the proceeds of selling some bits on Ebay.......so not really buying at all.......just recycling [or so I tell myself]!!!!!!
I loosely followed the sketch on The Sweet Shop blog.......coloured her with copics......added Stickles and gems for a bit of seasonal sparkle.......along with some felt ribbon and a paper poinsettia......and my usual layering up.
She fits a few challenges today.....Spoonful of Sugar and Stampavie want 'christmas'.......Cute Card Thursday and Daring Cardmakers want 'trees'........DCD Christmas Club want 'poinsettia'......and LOTV themselves want 'seasons'.
You might also like to pop over to Abi's lovely blog where she is offering some candy to celebrate her 100th post.
