Engagement.....it's gotta be cute.

I'm afraid I wasn't inspired by today's Creative Boot Camp word........'full bodied'.........I'm full bodied enough without being reminded of it!!!
I had an 'engagement' card to make.......seemed far more appealing today.......and thought 'cute' was quite appropriate. I used the lovely simple sketch on Truly Scrumptious......and I think it just about counts as the 'pink' wanted by Creative Cottage......certainly the 'happy something' wanted by Stamp Something.
The papers are PM Rose Garden..........Floradoodles flowers......image coloured with copics.......and spot the deliberate mistake.......yep.....have just noticed I've forgotten to colour their hats......better pop off and do that.
And good news today.......Shimelle has announced her new class.......and if you hurry.......you can get her 'early bird' price as well. Of course, she had to have this class when I've just signed up to 'Camp Scrap'......I'm beginning to think she does it on purpose......and I'm even on holiday for part of it........but can't resist a Shimelle class....so I can see I'll be doing a lot of scrapping over the next few weeks!!!!!!

This is a super card and (if you hadn't owned up) I'm sure no-one would have thought you'd forgotten to colour the hats (would've assumed it to be deliberate!) - pretty papers and flowers.

Jacky the card is very cute! I'm often on holidays during classes due to season differences - it's ok generally, can you log in at all when you're away? If not, you always have the notes so it is ok :-)

I was just abou to sign up for Camp Scrap when Shimelle's class opened! I might do them both altho I'll be away at the end of July too.

Such a pretty card Jacky. That paper has a lovely Cath Kidston look about it.

Full bodied? Listen, I spent 5 mins this morning trying to get into my daughters jeans before I realised they were the wrong ones!

Great card. I think the circle scallop really sets it off.

Gorgeou card Jacky, love your colours and such pretty papers. I wouldn't have noticed the hats if you hadn't of told me, don't think the need much. I frequiently miss things, especially buttons on clothing. Gorgeous image by the way.
Thanks so much for playing along with us at Truly Scrumptious.
hugs Heather xx
