Shimelle's Party....and a big thanks
Many,many thanks to all you lovely bloggers who sent me 'get well' messages.....am finally feeling a bit better today......though taking it very easy........apologies for not visiting your blogs over the last few days......but will try and do some catching up.
Am very peeved that not only have I missed most of Shimelle's party......but also the first ever craft demo at my local discount wharehouse......just typical!!
Have popped in on Shimelle's party today......and managed one or two challenges.
'Use your own handwriting'......I never used to do this as I hate my own handwriting.......but more and more I think it's important for the future to have some on your pages......and it is much quicker......so another birthday LO......and more old stash used.
'An Adventure'.......a visit to the desert certainly counts as an adventure to me.......and an interesting adventure.......but not one I intend to repeat.......as temperatures of 45 degrees plus are just a bit too much.......but another page done for my Egypt album.

Glad you are feeling a bit better. Lovely layouts. I have started using my own handwriting on LOs as well as it is much quicker.
Good to hear you are feeling a bit better..looking on the bright side, you probably saved some money by missing the demo!

Two lovely layouts and totally agree about the handwriting. I know it means more to me when I see my Mum's handwriting on anything that belongs to me now, its a real treasure. Glad your feeling better.
