The party's still going on.

The party's nearly over at Shimelle's......but have managed a couple more of her challenges......in fact have had a nice, peaceful crafting day.....leaving OH to cook the roast dinner.
This one sort of meets 2 of the challenges..........'scrap your neighbourhood'.........it shows both our garden and our road in the snow........and also 'a layout that uses 2....6 x 4 photos'.....the snow related words don't show up very well on the photo, but were made using mirror card with a Cuttlebug embossing folder.....it does still need a little journaling added to it.
And my final offering 'use a stamp'.......well......couldn't resist this, could I?.........definately no shortage of stamps.......but decided on a card.
Gave this cute Tilda an outing......and thought I'd use some more of my rarely used buttons......as well as flowers and brads on this one.

So glad you are feeling better, and your layout and card are lovely. :o) You've done very well with Shimelle's class...I got busy toward the end and haven't kept up. Hope you are enjoying your weekend!

What a great idea to scrap the neighbourhood, I've not spent anytime at the crop so I think I need to check out all of these great ideas!

It's good to hear you sounding a bit better (someone else doing the cooking always makes me feel better!)
