And what a palaver that was....I don't use Powerpoint.......can't yet do sketches in Photoshop........so did it in Word.......that was fine until I tried to upload it.......wouldn't accept a picture in Word......so ended up having to print it out....scan into Photosmart as a pic....and then upload.....I really do need to become more techno savvy!!!!
So this is the sketch.
And here is my page.
Think I must be getting into Shimelle class mode........as decided to use very old decorative papers from stash.....to match the very old photos!!! The backing card, by the way, is dark blue, not black!!
We have very few whole family photos....so thought it would be good to make a layout with the 3 that I could find.
If anyone wants to play along with the sketch........please leave a comment and link to your layout here......I'll randomly choose a winner next Thursday....and a little prize [to include a scrapbooking goodie and 2 handmade cards] will be winging its way to you......look forward to seeing your creations.

I wouldn't have a clue where to start with providing a sketch, so I'm well impressed!! Those are lovely papers, that blue and yellow is very fashionable this year :)
You can't be that bad Jacky when you had the sense to scan it lol. Love your layout, especially when you see it brought to light with your lovely page. I am loving the Tim Holtz book to though mine only arrives yesterday!!

Jacky,
That's exactly what I would have done, except my sketch would have been hand-drawn! LOL! Anyway, love the sketch and will give it a go this weekend.

Gorgeous layout Jacky and worth all the effort to upload the sketch, I think it's a great one.
