Journal Your Christmas 17 - The Perfect Gift

We have a friend.......who is so,so difficult to buy the right gift for........don't we all have someone like that........and then......when I wasn't even looking........in a quirky little shop.......I saw the perfect gift for someone who spends all their free time watching rugby on TV........a bone china mug with caricatures of all the rugby greats.......perfect.

And now all my christmas presents are bought or made..........all wrapped up.........just the food left to do.
A funny old weekend..........OH didn't make it home.......was due back Saturday afternoon........ but got 'trapped' in Belgium.........will finally get back to base late this evening........but they want him to go out to Germany tomorrow afternoon.....so no time to come home........but have promised he can finish Wednesday......and have Christmas Eve at home.......so just hope there are no more blizzards on the Continent!!

Just checked my gift list and I'm pretty close to being done! Also wrapped up a storm and finished decorating the tree. Still have cards to do, but I'm starting to feel "ready."

Hi Jacky,
Love your page and your journey through your journal has been great. I've done about a third of my wrapping and half the food shop, just the fresh to buy. But no housework. So I think you'll be done before me.
Merry Christmas Jacky
Happy crafting

I'm nowhere near being done. And Zhu Zhu pets are mechanical hamsters. The craze for them is as bad as Tickle Me Elmo and then Cabbage Patch dolls. :-P
