Stampin Chic pink/black card

The challenge on Stampin Chic this week is to make a black and pink card....as I now seem to have most of the Clare Curd range!!.....seemed a good idea to have a go.

Papers all from the Clare Curd Big One pack....card is coredinations.....butterflies are Papermania Clare Curd Doodles stamps on shrink plastic.....paper frills are Doodlebug.

I stamped and cut out the flowers and then fixed them onto a square of acetate with brads....sticking the butterflies under the acetate....not sure it'll fit in an envelope though!!!

It's a bit different to what I usually do....but quite fun to make....I think the acetate tends to blur the photo a bit...won't blame my camera this time!!!!

Love black and pink and the flowers are really nice! The acetate is getting more popular and does give good results! So many things to try...maybe next year?

Fabulous card - acetate sounds interesting and can be used in a variety of ways for effect. Love the colour combination. XXX
