Happy Easter

No crafting today...we always have a big 'Easter Tea' at MIL's....everyone contributes......so this morning baking....mini quiches, semolina shortbread biscuits, cherry bakewell cake and chocolate truffles....and this afternoon eating it all....about a million calories!!!!

So....for a change...a recipe...if you like chocolate truffles...these are to die for....dead easy...and every bit as good as expensive bought ones.

225 grms 70% chocolate [I use 125gr pack Lindt intense orange + 100gr other dark]

4 tbs condensed milk

Melt choc and stir in condensed milk

And that's it,folks....if you haven't used flavoured choc you can mix in flavouring of your choice...mint is good.

Wait a few moments and either roll into balls or put into truffle cases.Makes about 20 if you can resist eating any of the mixture.

HAPPY EASTER.

I think that recipe is almost easy enough for a complete baking hopeless like myself to try - almost, but not quite LOL xxx

Hope your day was lovely - the truffles sound yummy. Love your cards - and the idea of making one Christmas one a week is grand. Although I know I would struggle. Can't wait to see your next creation. XXX
