One of the 'Journal your Xmas' prompts was to do a page about something unexpected.....I left it to one side as nothing in the least bit unexpected had arrived on our doorstep....but it must have been an omen,as 2 days before xmas OH went off with friends to have a drink [or half a dozen] in the local working men's club. He came home about 3 hours later looking not only the worse for wear, but extremely happy, he'd won [and managed to stagger home with] a 19" HD Freeview TV DVD combi which will be perfect for the bedroom.......and he couldn't even remember buying the ticket!!!!
