I'm not a fan of February.......a grey, dull month........apart from Valentine's Day, of course.......so went for a pink with hearts theme.......and that's certainly brightened it up a bit!!!
Painted with Blonde Moments pink and silver paints........stamped with a variety of hearts.......a few heart stickers........and Cupid had to be in there as well.
What I've learned this month.
1. Try and fill it in each day......leave it a week.....and, not only don't you remember what you did.......it's a chore, rather than fun.
2. Make the next month's page in plenty of time.
3. My drawing skills are zero......non existent.......zilch.......accept that this does not matter!!!
4. Despite my very mundane life....I think it will be interesting to look back at a whole year of entries.

I think this is a fantastic project - I followed a couple of people who did it last year and they said it was so worthwhile. You are looking good so far!
I agree, it's looking like a great project and it will be fun to look back on in years to come. When all is said and done most of us lead a fairly mundane life interspersed with good stuff. Your journal is looking fab too and I'm loving the treatment of February so far.

I so love this idea! Yours are fabulous!
looks like a fun project Jacky!
Two beautiful pages, gorgeous colours.
Both pages are lovely. It seems like an ambitious project, but I find that those are often the ones that mean the most.
I've not seen this before, your pages look lovely...sounds like a good one :-)
I just love what you learned in January, especially points 3 & 4. Truth in there for many of us I'm sure! Greaa job :-)
Your pages look really great. I agree about Feb - a dull and dreary month! But you brightened it up with the pink. I agree with everything you 'learned' this month and if you don't fill it in each day you forget what you did!! Thanks for joining the challenge x
Loving your pages...Love the soft pink you have used for February....cant wait to see what you fill it out with! Hugs Juls
Wow - you're becoming an art journaler before my very eyes!!! Love it!

Beautiful pages, love the lush pink of Feb!
What a fab idea! I'm a member of Project 365 - which is a photo journal. You take a picture every day. I'm really enjoying it!
Jacky ~ I love how you are really stepping out of the box and creating these fabulous pieces. I know what you mean about waiting to fill in the blanks at the end of the week. Amazing how by Friday I can't remember what happened on Tuesday! ;o)
Lovely pages, really like the pink!
Lovely colours , it will be interesting to remember what you have done reading it back in December

Oh yes, it'll be so interesting as a keepsake from this year :-) I just got my photobook for 2010's Project 365, and I love looking back over all those moments big and small! And your pages are so beautiful xx
I keep meaning to do something with this idea myself, but haven't managed it. I'm wondering about incorporating a version of it into my 'one little word' art journal. *thinking*....
I think this fab Jacky and such a great project to do over the year. Love the colours and images you are choosing. Hugs Cherry XXx
