Art journaling is something new for me.....so fits in very well with my one word which is 'develop'........so I've decided to make a mini album following my journey to develop a healthier lifestyle.
I'm using a shaped chipboard album........it was painted with acrylic paint mixed with a thickening medium to give a bit of texture........sprayed with a little gold Glimmer Mist......and edged with distress ink.
The paper doll is made from a great little dolls download from artchixstudio.....the title 'Move more Eat less' was stamped.......and the sticker 'never lose your desire to grow' is a bit tongue in cheek........as some of my 'growth' is definately undesired!!!!!
I stamped over the doll with a cage.......I'm trying to escape to new and better lifestyle habits!!!!
