A weekend of sunshine

March ended well.....with a weekend of sunshine.....which meant time in the garden.....and while OH, DD2's boyfriend and DS began repairing fences....the 'ladies' played and pottered in the garden.
doing puzzles and eating plates....she actually far preferred eating puzzle pieces.....but this was discouraged!!

babies needed undressing and putting to bed with teddy

there was an empty toy basket to sit in
and books to be read
people to watch
and sweet peas to be planted and watered
with wet, muddy leggings having been discarded
let's hope this is a good omen for the summer that follows.

What a lovely set of pictures. With sweetpeas, dressing dolls and reading your cute pair have covered lots of my favourite things

Your little grandchildren are darling.I just love it when the weather gets nice---not too hot, just right for playing outdoors. I can't wait to see your sweet peas in bloom.

Jacky, your little girls are simply delightful to see today! I love that they are getting the chance to play outside and get their fingers into the dirt!
