A little bit of sunshine in a hoop

Thank you all so much for your kind comments on my last post.....something a little happier today......I've been carrying on with my hoop embroidery.
An embroidered vintage tablecloth.......some doilies [vintage and new ones] and lace......buttons and beads.
I think I'm going to make a wall display once I have enough of them.

It's looking beautiful Jacky. I think group of them would look wonderful displayed together.

This one is even prettier than the last one - I love the layers of lace and the beads.

I did some embroidery like this in high school, but not since. This is really lovely; the colors are just wonderful!

Lovely and bright colours.

Jacky, that is one of the most beautiful pieces of needlework I've seen in a long time. I have done any embroidery in many years. I just might have to get back to it---amidst my knitting, crocheting and needlepoint! I love all needle arts!

The hoops you make are absolutely stunning - I can imagine how glorious they will look once displayed.

Oh this is just so beautiful, Jacky! You are really inspiring me with these hoops - LOVE the colors in this one, and I love the idea of hanging them together on a wall.
