It's the beginning of December.
It's the beginning of Christmas.
It's the beginning of 'Journal Your Christmas'.
The beginning of my blogging 'career' began with 'Journal Your Christmas' in 2009.
I still love blogging......the blogging community......reading and being inspired by blogs.....and one of the best blogs belongs to Sian......who today is hosting the last ever Storytelling Sunday.Thank you for bringing us so many wonderful stories,Sian.
I'm not a great storyteller.......so the rest of you lovely people might like to go and read some real stories here.

I wasn't going to join in with JYC this year... Well I changed my mind because it wouldn't be Christmas without JYC would it?
A lovely post, I'm looking forward to doing JYC again x
Jacky, this is lovely. Thank you so much! You do tell a great story - I think we all always love to hear about the family and your travels and it's always been a pleasure to see your name pop up in the link list. Thank youx
Great minds. I posted about my Christmas Journals too x you're way ahead of me though I haven't decided what to do yet! x
It looks like a beautiful beginning to your JYC album - I hope it is filled with pages and pages of wonderful stuff. I started blogging in 2009 also, but in April.
I've done a similar post so can relate to yours today!
Jacky, I'm trying really hard to decide whether I can make the commitment to "journal my Christmas" this year. Each year, I know that it will put me over the edge. But, it's like anything else, I need to put aside a little time for it. Maybe this will be the year.
looking forward to seeing more of your JYC Jacky and hopefully I will complete it again this year!
Great post Jacky - yes, lots of beginnings today despite the end of Storytelling Sunday!
Looking forward to seeing more of your journal Jacky :)
I have been JYC since 2008 & wasn't going to do this year but the family have said "it's tradition!!"
I think you do yourself a disservice Jacky. I can recall many entertaining tales I've read here over the last few years. Such a sweet photo at the top.
Agreeing with those who say we remember stories being shared. Hope the JYC is fun and the grandchildren join in.
Yes, don't sell yourself short Jacky, there has been many a great story over here and I always love visiting!
I agree with all said, you tell a great story Jacky. Thank you for reminding me of beginnings on this day where it feels like we are ending this lovely meme!
I'm joining in with JYC again too! You say you are not good at telling stories Jacky, but you tell such wonderful stories with your pages and journalling!
I wasn't sure about JYC or December Daily this year, but after my month of gratitude, I'm seriously considering just doing a photo a day with a little journaling in a super simple format. With a focus on the little things about the season. Your post really helped me talk myself into it!
Well I think that you are a lovely story teller, Jacky! And I also must say that you have the CUTEST little granddaughter!!! Oh my gosh, you should hook her up with Karen's Caleb when they are older! ;o)
I'm doing December Daily and enjoying it so far. It's very different than JYC though.
Rinda
Your journal looks beautiful :)
