Six cards on the 6th

I'm again joining in S J Crafts six on the 6th challenge to make 6 christmas cards a month......a bit late due to being on holiday......but the challenge is open all month,
I think the best way with this challenge is to choose some supplies and make all 6 cards in a similar vein.
So this month I've used the remnants of an Authentique christmas paper pad.....green,red and gold card........red twine......some stamped images left from last christmas.....washi tape......and finally added one embellishment.
the first 4 cards are all A6 size
the washi tape used instead of a sentiment saved a lot of time
I'm not quite sure why I'd stamped one in red.....but I think it works okay
the final 2 cards are square and I decided not to add twine.......but a larger embellishment

here's all 6
So 12 christmas cards made now......only about another 30 to go!!!

I think that is exactly the right approach to this challenge. A lovely set of cards. I don't think you can beat red gold and green.

These are great Jacky - the stamped images are wonderful. I have 22 Christmas cards done & will be going to a Stampin' Up class to make more at the end of the month.

I know they are all similar (and gorgeous as usual) but for some reason that first one really stands out for me. Beautiful!

I really enjoyed seeing the subtle variations between each one and it 's a good lesson to remember that it is quicker to create similar cards than keep trying to make different ones! The red Santa is really festive!
