This week

This week....
Is the start of my summer break..........I am lucky enough to have no more courses to til mid September.
I want to spend time in the garden enjoying the glorious.....and probably short lived......summer weather.

I have to have a steroid injection in my knee.....and then completely rest it for a day.....I am really hoping this will help.
We are having a new bathroom fitted.....I'm so pleased to be getting rid of the grotty old one....but how come we chose the hottest week of the year????
I have had to cancel lunch out with a group of friends because of my knee.
I hope to complete another Summer of Colour challenge.
I am going to work on a few more pages for my 2012 holiday album.....I want it completed before we go on holiday this year.

Your garden is beautiful. Enjoy. It broke here as soon as I broke up :0)
Warm but very dull

Your garden is simply gorgeous. The heat finally broke here, but is expected to return later in the week. Meanwhile, we have all the windows wide open enjoying the fresh air.

Your garden looks spectacular! It's really hot here---so humid, it's not fun being outside. The heat takes your breath away.

Great pics ... I especially like the one of your pooches in the sea - our wee Ruby won't go within 10 feet of the water in case she gets wet LOL
Good luck with your injection, make sure you take it easy on your knee :)

Jacky, I hope the steroid injection improves your knee enough so you can fully enjoy all that sunshine and your garden during the holidays - good luck!

I'm really enjoying my week without school! Getting things done around the house, and I hope to spend a bit of time in the yard tomorrow.

Hi Jacky, just catching up with some reading and I see you have been your usual busy self with creating beautiful layouts and cards!

Sitting in the garden this summer has been my MO and so far I've accomplished very little else :) Yours is beautiful and I hope your knee improves so you can enjoy every bit of it! Take care!
