Love Actually

Did you enjoy that film......I did.......and with February creeping up on us I thought I'd get away from all things christmasy and make some cards with more of a Valentines feel.....though they will do for weddings,engagements.....or just to say 'I love you'.
And with the intention to 'finish' this year.......I've dug out some really old stash to try and finish up......and gone with a vintage feel.
This one's my favourite so far.
Not quite so sure about this one
They may even match a few challenges......Word Art Wednesday wants 'hearts'.......Cute Card Thursday.....well love should certainly 'beat the blues'.....'anything goes' for Divas by Design and Card Makin Mamas.......some lace 'ribbon' for Totally Papercrafts and Totally Gorjuss.
I'm going to try making a few more today......hope your weather is a bit warmer than ours.....and they are forecasting much worse to come!!

I have to agree with your choice of the first one. I think the colors in the second one are too muted for the kraft background.

Jacky, I really like your cards. They have such a nostalgic feel to them, and so sweet and vintage. Thanks for joining in our Hearts theme challenge, but please know that our challenges are always "Anything Goes", so you are always welcome to share any of your cards with us. We only ask that they are "family friendly" uplifting. We're blessed to have you join in the fun and hope you will be back soon.
Have a great week.
Blessings,

Oh I just love your Valentine cards, Jacky. I'm thinking of making a few V-day cards to send this year.

Crazy that Valentine decorations appeared in our local stores two weeks BEFORE Christmas!

Wish I could say the weather's warmer here in Aberdeenshire but I doubt it lol!

Love these vintage photos, I'm inspired. I love the lace on the first but the patterned paper on the second so a combo of those two would be my fav ;)
