This one was voted a winner by everyone.......even though DD1 had to pick out the onions!! It fed 4 of us.....and was really easy to make.
Pan fried chicken in mango sauce
4 diced chicken breasts
1 large onion chopped
4 tbsp mango chutney
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
350 mls double cream
tsp paprika
Fry onion and chicken in olive oil for about 10 mins.
Add all other ingredients and cook over low heat for approx. 20 mins.
It looks [and tastes] a lot better than the photo suggests.
I served it with rice [which tasted delicious mixed with the sauce] and runner beans from my neighbour's garden.

That does sound good Jacky. My DD would be picking out the onion too!

I shall be giving this one a whirl! Sounds really tasty. I had to smile at the end of the post, I have visions of you creeping over the garden fence and stealing beans from your neigbour's garden ;-)
Looks yummie!!

Mango chutney is one of my favouriet condiments, it's so versdatile and I really like it with chicken .... how great that all enjoyed it!
Have a great Sunday Jacky.
mmh, That sounds so yummy! We make a very similar dish with rice and homemade naan breads!
Clara picks all the onions out of things, too!

Sounds yummy. I often do chicken with mango cut up small then done in the frying pan, it is also nice.
I pick the onions out too, but I like the flavor so I cook with them.
Mmm, that looks a delicious sauce.
