Can I join in?

We must be gluttons for punishment.....because as well as spending all last Saturday at our Jubilee street party.......we also organised a Jubilee tea party for family and friends on the Sunday.
Little A and her cousin Bigger A were present.......Bigger A loves drawing and cutting and sticking.......and when she was tired of talking to adults and eating and playing with dogs.......her mum got out the crayons and paper......and she started drawing
Little A was fascinated.........stood and watched for awhile.......and then sat down looking very forlorn........V gave her crayons and paper........and she happily scribbled away for about half an hour.......being very careful to stay on the paper........Bigger A stayed drawing [and cutting] until it was time for her to go home.
The simplest things give the biggest pleasure.
I'm linking this post to Jennifer's Scrapbooking Soiree.......why not pop over and take a look.

I think she'll love looking back on this page too - maybe when she's a famous artist? :) "Bigger A" - love that!

So sweet Jacky! I love your Little A stories. She is going to have so many wonderful pages to look back on when she is older! Good job!

Lovely page Jacky :o) My two have loved drawing since they were old enough to hold a crayon and still do. These days it's promarkers or the graphics tablet though!

And, don't the little ones love to copy the big ones? A great layout Jacky!

Ahh, that's so sweet, fabulous 'simple' thing to capture in a lovely layout.

Great layout. I love the 'what are you doing' etc. spots down the left hand side, telling the story through dialogue, it's a great way to bring it to life!

Thanks for joining in with my Soiree again! x

Your photos definitely capture Little A's story - you can see the "feeling left out" written all over her face.

That's lovely Jacky, it is special to capture those magic moments because little ones grow up so fast!
