Oh I do like to be beside the seaside

Which is true......and I also love those old seaside advertising posters......mainly made by railway companies.......now quite valuable.....and Graphic 45 have used lots of them in 'Under the Boardwalk'.

I can quite understand why they attracted people to holiday by the sea..... I think my favourite image here is probably the Monaco one......though thinking of our visit to Monaco in 2010.....this is definately not a good representation of what it is like today!

I would never have thought to use these sorts of images on either a card or a layout - they look fantastic and are perfect for a summery theme!

Wonderful cards; I wouldn't think to use these this way either, but it sure works beautifully. I'm in the need for a beach vacation; we're hoping to get a couple of days somewhere in August.

My favorite image is the viareggio one. I love the way you used the little round embellie and the sentiment to finish the cards.

Nice cards - I like the deep blue background like a deep blue sea near the beach.
