I've started with one using a great 'Mikey' digi download from Charmed Cards and Crafts.
The papers are all 'Seaside' from October Afternoon.......and originally I was going to write 'hope you have a ball on your birthday' as the sentiment.......but my friend J suggested this one with the slight 'double entendre'.......just perfect for my football loving 20 year old nephew!!!!
And it fits into some of this week's challenges.......Simon Says want 'masculine'........Craft Your Passions want 'anything goes'........Pear Tree want 'summer delights'.......Crafty Pad want 'stripes'.......Sweet Stampin want 'playing in the summer sun'.......and Stamping Boutique want 'red,white and blue'.

I guess that the revised sentiment will at least give fun appeal to the older "guys" you might send it to. This is a fab card and, as always, loving your layers Jacky. Hope you had a great weekend and will go on to a great week too

Great card!!! I love the revised sentiment. My son was a huge soccer fan and quite a good player, but I never had an image like this one to make a card. He would have loved it. That's quite the list of challenges you've managed to fulfill.
