I've finally finished......

my Egypt album......and as we went there in 2008......it's about time......I'm not sure why I lost enthusiasm with this album........maybe I left it too long between start and finish........maybe because we didn't do a lot on the holiday........it was soooooo hot we spent most of our time in the water.........maybe because I came back with a very unhappy tummy.......the only time I've returned from holiday weighing less than when I went!!
But it needed to be finished........because in a couple of weeks we are spending a day with our late friend D's sister......and we've been asked to take my holiday scrapbooks........and I think this page will bring a smile.....despite the unflattering photo!!
And this is the type of service that earns you a big tip at the end of the holiday.......a few British barmen could take note!!!!!!!!
Seeing it on the blog.......I realize I've forgotten to give it a title......I may go back and do that.

Well done on finishing it Jacky, I'm impressed - once I've lost the plot on something I never manage to get back and finish it.

Yes, a barman like that is worth his weight in gold! Fab layout Jacky and well done on completing it too. Thank you soooo much for your beautiful card and continued comments on my own blog.

Jacky, it looks fantastic. It is at times like this that we realise (again) how important our scrapbooks really are, isn't it?

Well done Jacky! Some of my favourite albums are the ones of holidays we've been on - they certainly help keep the memories :)

PS Unfortunately I won't be at The Craft Barn on the 4th as I'm helping organise a baby shower for a friend's daughter that day. Hopefully we'll get to catch up soon.

Great page Jacky...I am in the same situation with my USA trip from 2008 and am hoping that blogging about it will spur me on to actually completing it! Thanks for stopping by my blog

I was thinking along the same lines as Sian - what a great set of memories you have recorded, I think there will be a lot of reminiscing when you get together :-)
