5 things - 5 changes

Another challenge from Amy.......this week to photograph or scrapbook 5 things that will have gone or changed within 5 years.
The first one was easy.....
This dodgy, slow old computer will be gone in weeks, rather than years........though as we've had it over 10 years.......it's well past its 'use by' date!!
I had a baking session yesterday......my brother and niece are coming to stay for a couple of days tomorrow.....so made lemon and vanilla cupcakes......and tried out a new recipe for peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies.......and as DD1 could does live on peanut butter....they may not even still be here when my brother arrives!!

This old and pretty disgusting bathroom had better have changed in a lot less than 5 years!!

The inside of the summer house is intended as a peaceful retreat.......to date it is full of the kids junk stored belongings.......if it is not gone in 5 4 3 2 years......our local hospice shop will get a large donation.
This lttle girl will have changed beyond recognition in 5 years......she'll actually be at school......that's a slightly sad thought......and next week......at 9 months old.....she is off for her second holiday abroad......it's alright for some!!

Im with you there on the bathroom!! Im so ashamed of mine but the money just won't allow a refit just yet. But I can dream ! :)

Like you I was ashamed of my 80's bathroom until we changed it two years ago!

Love all your photos, can almost smell those cookies!! I SOOOOO want a pair of slippers like little A's!!!! Time goes by so fast - it seems like just yesterday when you were proudly showing us the photos of your newborn and now you turn round and tell us she's 9 months old!!!!! WHAAAAAT!

Happy Bank Holiday - is it raining with you too?

No, I bet that baking won't be there for much longer! It's interesting to see what things everyone is planning or even wanting to get rid of; maybe we need to make a date to check back in five years time.

Loved reading your list of 5 things. I'm with you on the bathroom one, I actually have a new bathroom, but haven't got round to ringing someone to come and fit it.
Happy crafting

It is so much fun seeing the things that people think are going to change in the next 5 years. Love your summer house and I would like it junk free if it was mine.

Miss A is such a cute little button - and an experienced traveller by the sounds of things!
Those bikkies would be scoffed over here by certain young folk - what is it with peanut butter?

What a great list, Jacky! I was so interested in your comment on my photos. I don't think anyone would be interested in buying the old cupboards here, but perhaps I should find out! A few extra dollars would be a good thing with the cost of the remodel!

Love your summer house/retreat! And I empathise about it getting filled with family stuff. I've just cleared ours and it is bliss ... Good luck with it all!

Oh my, the little one has grown so much! The cookies would have been gone in 5 minutes around my dh lol I can only hope that our disgusting bathroom would be changed in 5 years.
