Time for a card??

I think....finally....I have time to make a card.....though there is one more bit of 'altering' to do......but that requires sewing!!!!
I love Cosmo Cricket.......and after selling a few bits on Ebay.....couldn't resist the 'Circa 1934' paper pad.......so, it's not really 'buying' at all.......just recycling!!
All the papers are 'Circa 1934'..........some PM felt ribbon.......a few pearls......and an Elle's Studio sentiment tag.......all layered up.
For the first time I used 2 digi images to make the picture.......so that was developing new skills for me........the background is from Deviant Scraps and the ladies are from Hero Arts.......and I was amazed at how easy it was.......I need to overcome my digi fears!!!!
I think it fits into Papertake Weekly's 'ribbons and pearls' challenge

Love this! And bravo on the digi work. It is intimidating, isn't it? But, with PSE, I'm finding not as hard when you just get in there and do it. I love the non-holiday theme of this (not Christmas, Valentine's, etc.).

Well done on getting a card done. I take my hat off to you for your continued creativity - mine seems to have gone out the window at the moment. I'm hoping it'll come back sometime soon but for now I'm still slowly working through each room and decluttering :) xx

What a superb card! And aren't those three women inspirationally slim and elegant. I think I'll just put that chocolate biscuit back ..

Love this! Circa 1934 is one of my favorite lines from last year. I've stayed away from the digi images, too, but this is great and maybe I ought to rethink it! It seems much harder that getting a stamp out.

Really cute card! Reminds me of my mother and her four crazy sisters. Wish they were all still here so I could show them.

lol!! I find that the main problem with selling stuff on ebay is that the money goes to my PayPal account and then if I buy anything via PayPal it doesn't feel like I'm really spending any money at all....

This was definitely worth it, Jacky, you've put the papers to such good use xx
