No Time

I've had no time to craft this week.....DD1,OH and myself had the week off work.....DD decided to have a clear out of her very small........very messy bedroom.......which developed into a major make over.......which developed into re-painting the walls....which developed into a total re-decoration.......which developed into replacing and then laying a new carpet.......which led to.....a visit to the tip with a car full of her rubbish and old carpet.....which has led to OH and me finally collapsing in front of the TV tonight!!!!!!
I have managed to get a few photos from christmas time onto the computer.......and despite this not being a great photo......it's one of my favourites.
The start of a new family

What a gorgeous card, aren't the black and white photos so much nicer Jacky. Its an excellent photo. I wish I could get my daughter to get rid of some rubbish, even emptying the bin:(

Oh I love that photo!!! So cute! :o)

And good for your DD for sorting out her belongings. I need to do the same thing to my closet! Enjoy the rest of your weekend. xo

Wow - you painted and carpeted in one week! Ambitious. Hope your daughter is loving her redecorated, less cluttered, clean room!

Sounds like an awesome weekend. And that is a fabulous, heartfelt photo. Love the black and white of it all.

It's amazing how one thing leads to another, but it sounds like you've been really productive.

I think it's a lovely photo! Little A's first Christmas and first family Christmas for them.
I am in the process of working through the house room by room. It's not going to be a quick job but we will be ordering that skip next week!

It's a smashing, and natural, family snap - to be treasured, especially as it's baby's first Christmas

That's a really lovely photo :-)

Well done with all the sorting - I'm so relieved that when I get my kids to tidy up it doesn't develop into a redecorating frenzy lol....

Sounds exhausting~!~
We are decorating at the moment too but it hasn't been as bad as your experience by the sound of things. :)

What a beautiful family photo! One to treasure definitely.
