I do realize that for some of you this amount of snow may be common........but not in the southern UK.......I don't remember when we ever had snow like this before....and I'm pretty ancient!!! It is now over the top of my wellie boots!!!!!
our neighbour's roof
our patio table this morning
our side fence
Chester enjoying himself [well, someone has to!!]
the back garden
Stella having to swim through it!!!!
the red berries just peeping through
a view from the front door
the only window we have that isn't double glazed......has ice on the inside!!
So no need to guess today what type of weather will be going in my 'Journal Your Christmas'.....and if you're in the UK.......keep warm and safe.

love the photos, we had lots of snow too, I feel like a little girl again!!
Isn't it FABULOUS, I'm going to pretend I'm a kid again - we're off out to play in it soon (ok we're going for a walk) but I bet we throw a snowball or two :O)
I loved getting to see your photos Jacky, our gardens really are looking quite similar at the moment :) Stay warm too. xx
We get accumulations like that frequently, but usually in Jan/Feb. I was shell-shocked when we had snow on Thanksgiving! It didn't last long though!
Flip me pink Jacky, that is something else. Thank goodness we have had very little, thought we are still below freezing here!! Forecast for snow later today though:(
Keep safe and warm.

I saw this on the news and couldn't believe my eyes! We just have a little tiny bit of crunchy frost today. You keep warm x
These photos are pretty, but they made me SO glad that I live in the desert! :o) The pictures of your dogs are cute, Jacky! xo
You have had waaay more than we have...& I thought we were being put out!!! I'm loving that pic of ice inside the window!!..now that is cold!! Keep wrapped up & put plastic bags inside your wellies!!!
Spectacular view from the front door! I also really like the Chester, berries, and window pix. We never have snow of course, so I can't even imagine what bit would be like.

Your patio table looks like a giant marshmallow!

I cant believe how much it has snowed! I'm not far from you but you have had a lot more than us. Using the wellie boot measure ours is over half way :)
Wow what a lot of snow - but it does make for great photos - we are one of the few places in the UK that has not had any snow yet!!
