Just typical......but 'think pink' anyway!!

It's the term break......and I had plans......Shimelle's new class......Kim Klassen's class......xmas crafting......my next term courses preparations.....and what happens......I get a really nasty eye infection......just typical!!!!
So.......my eye does not like the computer screen.......or using a notebook.......or anything much really.
But I made this card on Saturday.....and wanted to post it.......as Just Magnolia's challenge was to make a pink card ........to promote Breast Cancer Awareness month........a cause close to my heart......as this has affected my own family.
Hope to catch up with other things soon.

Ooh, I hope that settles down very soon Jacky :)

Half term is limiting my crafting activities at the minute - unless you count making Halloween costumes.

Hope your eye infection clears soon so that you can get on with some crafting :) Don't start again too soon though or it could just reoccur - I did that!
Thanks for your comments on my blog, Claire is now ready to have the baby anytime soon ;o) x

If any of you have kids, you almost certainly know about an eye infection known as pink eye or any minor eye infection. Adults can get it, too. If the redness is from a form of pink eye known as conjunctivitis, you will also have other symptoms such as itching, burning or stinging, discharge, swelling, watering — or a combination of the above. Arizona eye care said that, Some forms of pinkeye are contagious, and some are not. Allergic conjunctivitis, for example, is not contagious. But viral and bacterial forms of pink eyes are contagious. So it's best to see your eye doctor or family doctor for diagnosis and possible treatment. Also, we still have remedies to "minor" eye infections that can be handled on our own. Many doctors, researchers, and scientist agree that breast milk does appear to have healing properties that can prove beneficial when it comes to treating minor illnesses and injuries. This is because of the antibodies that breast milk contains. Just as breast milk provides your baby with necessary antibodies to fight off infection, it can also work to kill off bacteria and viruses when applied topically to problem areas.
