I've been Tagged!!

There's a questions game going around Blogland at the moment......and Mel tagged me.......and set 10 questions to be answered.
1. Where in the world did you spend your most memorable day ever, and what did you do?

Probably my most memorable day was at Discovery Cove in Florida........watching my girls swim with dolphins.......eating a sumptious buffet........chilling out with family and friends.......on our 'holiday of a lifetime'.
2. What is your favourite time of year, and why?

Definately summer.......I'm a real sun lover......hate being cold........love the beauty of my garden in summer........love eating outdoors.........love wearing summer clothes....... plus we normally tend to go on holiday in the summer as well.
3. What is your favourite time of day, and why?
This is not a specific time.........but tends to be when the house is quiet........everybody else is at work......or play.........and I'm free to craft.......or blog......or garden.......or save my sanity.....all by myself.
4. What food would you find it very hard to do without?
Hmmmmm........this is a difficult one.......loads of them........but I'll probably go with cheese.....I eat it too much.......in sandwiches.......on crackers.......grated on pasta and rice.......in sauces.......melted.....and.......and.....and!!
5.What colour makes you feel happiest?
Probably all shades of blue........because it means blue skies.......and blue sea.
6.What's the nicest thing anyone's ever said to you? [or the most recent nice thing]
When DD1 found out that OH had to have a serious op and would be off work for at least 3 months she said 'I'm going to get a job with an agency because they'll pay more and I can give you more money to help with housekeeping while dad's off work'.........and she did just that.....it didn't really work out for her.......and luckily her old employer snatched her back......but it was definately the nicest possible thought!!
7. What's the nicest thing you've ever said to anyone else? [or the most recent]
Well.....I hope I often say nice things to people [though I do know I have a tendancy to moan a bit!!!!].........but [recently] probably telling OH what great things he's doing in the garden at the moment.
8.Who would be guest of honour at your dream dinner party?
Absolutely no idea..........unless the chef counts........and then it would be Jamie Oliver.
9. What's your favourite bird?
None.....nada......nil....I'm afraid I hate birds.....they scare me......ever since I watched  Hitchcock's 'The Birds' as a teenager ........let that be a lesson.......be careful what your children watch!!
And it's not the best fear in a seaside town full of hundreds of seagulls.....and it didn't help that as I sat at an outdoor cafe.....minding my own business......a bl**dy great seagull swooped down and nicked my flapjack right off the plate!!
10.What sort of word or phrase do you find yourself over-using?
I say 'what?' far too often [having told my children not to say it!!]......and 'okay then' is another  favourite.
