Using buttons to frame a Scrapbook Page

The prompt from Shimelle today was to use up some buttons.....I don't have a great stash of buttons......but rarely use the ones I do have.....so the inspiration in the prompt was great for me..
Another page for the birthday album....framed with buttons.
Photo's a bit dark I'm afraid.........usually I only put a couple of photos on a page....with lots of layering and embellishments.....but I had quite a few pics of this birthday [will eventually be a double page LO]........and I love the way Rinda manages to put so many photos on one page......which makes the scrapbooking so much quicker.....so no layering......and the button frame all the way round are the only embellishments.....simple, but effective, I think.

Jacky - I'm so impressed with how well you are keeping up with this class. Maybe I'll get some scrapping done over the long weekend.

I'm glad you approved of what I did with your ideas. Your home project was just so beautiful that I had to do one for my house. Thank you for posting your work so that other like me can be inspired to scraplift and create our own versions! :-D

Thanks for the shout out! It is fun to really layer up a layout now and then, but on the whole I am quite content with my style.
Love your layout!

I am really enjoying this birthday album Jacky. It's the kind of album I'd love to be able to pore over in real life :)

Great job with all the photos and the button frame. I have trouble with lots of photos on a layout, too, and need to give this a try when we get back with all the vacation photos.

I love blue and red together and what sweet pics. I hate choosing only a few pics for layouts so I think you've done a great job fitting more onto your page. Great use with the buttons too Jacky xx
