Shimelle's first prompt was to dig out your metal.I knew I had lots of brads and eyelets.....brads I use regularly.....eyelets hardly ever......so a good opportunity to get them out.Surprisingly I didn't find much more metal.......an alphabet [which probably hadn't been used as there's only one of each letter] and some bottle caps.
I used a b + w photo of DS with his favourite childhood toy........found the perfect paper which I also cut matching circles out of..........I've put eyelets all round the page.......quite like the effect.....but too time consuming to do very often!!
The metal letters say 'TRACTOR'.......and I also covered a bottle top with a circle of the decorative paper.
Thought I'd enter this into Double Dutch 'boys only' and Crafty Catz 'something for the boys' as well.

Lovely layout. I bought a cropodile which arrived today so I suspect that eyelets may show in a few of my layouts in the next few weeks!

awww how cute is he? I love this page. All the metal goes really well with a tractors cos they usually are made of it and it's a g8 way to design a male page. i have used mmine to make a picture frame
