Sugar Bowl Challenge

I love Sugar Nellie stamps......lots of cuteness......and I really enjoyed their blog hop yesterday........which I think is still going on until this evening........some stunning cards..........prizes to be won.....take a look at the blog.
And their challenge this week is one of Tiets brilliant sketches.....I always love her sketches  ..... they are right up my street.......lots of layering.......and the added twist this time is to use 3 flowers, 2 brads and 1 button.
The gorjuss girl is coloured with copics........K & Co papers........brown PM card..........1 Magnolia flower and 2 Prima flowers..........flowers and white card have been distressed with Tattered Rose distress ink.
And........of course.......the great man himself........Sir [or is that Lord] Tim Holtz.....is over here this week.......taking classes.......and then demo-ing on QVC on Tuesday.......he promises he has come bearing gifts.......or bargains at the very least......very rare I watch shopping channels .........but I feel a QVC Day coming on!!

Lovely colour combination Jacky. You should do a step-by-step for one of your cards, it would be really interesting. We have the icecream in the freezer for later..I'm looking forward to it!

What a brilliant idea from Sian! Yes please, can we have a step by step? I'd love to learn how you layer it all up so beautifully.

Such a fun-filled post today! Oooh, a step-by-step would be fantastic! Have fun with Tim - he's so cute! I've taken 3 or 4 classes with him, plus I attended a retreat where he was a guest teacher back when he was just starting out. I love all his products. Funny that you created in brown & pink . . . got something on my blog in similar color scheme for tomorrow. I'll definitely check out the challenge blog you mentioned, and, finally, love today's card! The button is such a cool, unexpected "pop!"

Oh Jacky, I'm trying to do the hopping thing and I'm getting stuck each time they don't have a pop up comment form :( and the stamps look so lovely!!! OOOh how I wish I haven't got this problem :(

I'm not usually a shopping-channel-watcher either, but I may have to make an exception for T!m :-)

We don't have QVC or a shopping channel here in Australia - thank goodness! Jacky, are copics like coloured pencils or an ink you use to colour the stamp? Don't laugh at my dumb question - I see a few people mention them and I've never used them or seen them in the shops .... I don't get out enough obviously!
