Oh Christmas Tree

With inches of snow on the ground......making a christmas card seems quite appropriate ....... so my second one of the month........a very simple one....not even any real layers.......though not sure about the lack of layers myself.........for Vikki + Susie's christmas tree challenge.
Just one piece of Dovecraft backing paper........the image is a gorgeous one I got from Susie herself as part of a giveaway.......has been watercoloured with Inktense pencils........die cut xmas trees.......Dovecraft brads......and some gold glamour dust.
DD is still clearing her room....we now have 1 large sack of rubbish.......2 sacks of clothes, bags and shoes + box of 'unwanted' gifts for ebay/boot sale/charity shop.........a mountain of paper to shred/recycle........the room currently looks like a bomb site......... and the bed is nowhere to be seen!!!!!!!!

Had a similar bedroom clearing day last week with my daughter. 2 bags for the charity shop and 5 bags of rubbish later ... you can see the carpet on the floor again! She had one whole bin liner full of old plastic bags, why keep them?!
I cannot believe you have started on Christmas cards already, but this one is a beaut!

Lovely. Henry Mouse is so cute. Why is it that tidying up is often messier than leaving things alone? He he. Lx

Cute card (love the image), but I agree with mel that it's a little hard to get my mind around Christmas right now!
