Happy Valentines Day............we went out for a superb meal last night........really lovely food..........and tried a new cocktail - malibu,sparkling rose and raspberry J20- very,very moreish........pub was in the middle of nowhere.........so lucky all the snow had gone.
And this is how we looked way back on our wedding day........I think the attire was fashionable back then!!!!!!
But it's so long ago that I can't really remember!!!!

OMG Jacky! I have photos that look a lot like that from Mom's (stepmother who raised me) marriage to her second husband and bio mother's marriage to her fourth husband. Same time frame. Yep, that was the style! :)
Yep..that was the 70's...I'm so pleased I was just a child then...I can take no responsibility for the terrible fashion I was made to wear...
although I did love my Bay City Roller tartan ssocks and cut off jeans! Great to look back on! Wonder what I will say about my wedding photos in 20 years time....
I'm out with hubby tonight for pictures and meal...he's at work at the moment so my day has been spent with the girls...
I remember that style (just goes to show my age doesn't it)

I think the photo is very sweet. If you can't remember back to 1977 do you think I can remember back to 1960? That day was a blur to me the day after we were married!

It must have been fashionable. I was married in 1973, and I had on a very similar hat! My husband had hair about the same length as well! :-)
