Tuesday Taggers Wallhanging Challenge

The challenge on Tuesday Taggers [which this week is sponsered by the wonderful Craft Barn] is to create a wallhanging...there are some great examples by the DT.....am not really sure if this qualifies or not.....as it is a recycled altered clipboard....though you can definately hang it on the wall!! I used my favourite photo of my brother [who sadly died 10 years ago] to make a lasting memory that could be hung on the wall.
The old [and no longer used] clipboard was painted with left over acrylic paint.....and most of what I used for this project was bits and pieces in my stash left over from other projects [trying to sort of follow through on the recycling theme].
The papers used are some grey Blonde Moments which I've had for years.....the name is in chipboard letters........lots of black and grey brads in various shapes and sizes........some Craftwork Cards black jacks.......an assortment of left over black, white and grey ribbons and fibres.......there's also some clear acrylic words dotted around which you can't actually read in the photo 'hope' 'wish' 'lifetime'........and at the top [done on a dymo machine in black and white] 'we are family'.
Not a brilliant photo.....but I love the way this has turned out....so thank you Tuesday Taggers for inspiring me to make this lasting memory.

Oh wow Jacky this is gorgeous x What a fabulous way to remember him too. I sadly lost a brother when he was 18 - 14 years ago now and I still miss him lots. May have a go at this idea - these clipboards are so versatile. Thanks for joining in with TT this week x Janet
