This is an altered board book I've made for my niece. It is written as a photo story [for her to read] of how she overcame her fear of our [noisy and excitable] dog Chester.

You probably can't read the words very well at this size, but if you've got time,do click on the pictures and read the story.

The book is a child's board book which has been sanded to take the sheen off, given a coat of acrylic paint and then 'distress' painted with Blonde Moments paint.

The papers used are mainly Blonde Moments, but also some odd pieces from my scraps box.

I used a variety of flower embellishments....some are stickers, some paper flowers, some Jolees and some die cut.The flowers on the front cover were made with Makins clay and painted with Blonde Moments paint.

The sentiments are on vellum and the hearts die cut from funky foam.

Oh Jacky this is such a treasure, read the little story, delightful. I'm sure Hannah is going to love it. Such a lot of work! I have a child story book sitting here from before Easter still waiting patiently. Love the blonde moments stuff.
