Pass the page blog hop 2015

Welcome to my part of this 'Pass the Page' blog hop.......you should have arrived here from K's blog......do pop back there if you haven't......because 'pass the page' is a bit like chinese whispers for scrapbookers....the original page has been scraplifted and changed as it comes down the line....with everyone only seeing the page before their own.
All the pages were made before last weekend's Bloggers' Craft Retreat.....and it was great fun lining them all up and seeing what everyone had come up with......and what a difference from the first page to the last!!
This is the page I received from K
And this is how I interpreted it......using photos taken on DD1's birthday.......a meal out......18 floors up...... in a revolving restaurant in Hawaii.
There's plenty more pages to come......so do pop over to Jo's blog to see how she interpreted this page......and you can start at Julie's blog to see the very first page....enjoy.

I love how you took lots of elements of K's page but the result is very different.

I have those papers and am so inspired by your page to actually use them!

I love how so many elements of your page are recognisable from K's, but the whole LO has a much more grown up vibe, more in keeping with the age of your daughter. Fab scraplift!

These papers are gorgeous, you've coordinated everything together so beautifully

I really liked how you used such a busy paper but made it feel quite photo centred still.

So I've spotted the rays, and the single matted photo, and like your banner addition very much. Oh, and the yellow you've kept too - very sophisticated with the grey.

Love the sunburst on your background paper. It's fascinating to see how the page changes with each participant. Great page.

Love what you did with the inspiration! We are headed to Hawaii in late February for 2 weeks, I'd love some feedback from your trip!

I love how you interpreted that page Jacky. I have enjoyed pass the page when I have taken part, sad to have missed it and the retreat this year. It looks like you all had a great time.
