Little A's first New Year

I have sooooo many photos taken of little A at New Year........I wanted to scrap as many as possible..........without making too many pages..........so settled on a double LO........using 8 of the photos.
I went for pinks to match her clothes [which were actually very close to the page colours......how can a camera do that.......change some colours and not others.......or is it just me??!!]
Again I've used up all sorts of bits and pieces from my stash. The letters and hearts on the first page are very glittery.......and seem to have 'shed' everywhere!!!!
But I did use something brand new.......the lovely mini doillies from Karen.....just perfect for these pages.....and I love them layered up with chipboard.
And many, many thanks for all the lovely comments left on my Cosmo Cricket post.

That's a lovely way to get a lot of photos onto pages - they don't look cluttered at all, nicely balanced and very pretty xx

Very sweet and girlie pages for your adorable Little A, Jacky!

I know what you mean about the glitter getting everywhere! I've heard that spraying the letters with a bit of hair spray before you start working with them can help keep them from shedding so much, but not completely. The last time I used glitter my cats were even covered in it! lol

I love this layout Jacky, though I could be biased because of Little A. Isn't she growing up fast, they don't stay little babies for long, do they :( xx

Hi Jacky! Your layout is so gorgeous and little A is very cute and beautiful. Love your layout, absolutely perfect and the photo's are complimented by all your lovely details. I don't think I've been to visit you since Christmas, belated happy new year to you and your family, wishing you all good things for this year. I also wanted to let you know that you're in the first five comments on my PIF post! I'm going to love making something for you, it was lovely to see your name there. If you could let me know your address I'll save it for when I send out your gift. Have a good week. Chris x

Have to agree with Jane's post - enjoy these precious days, babies have this habit of growing up way too fast & you feel that you haven't had half the cuddles you wanted! Beautiful pix and LO, the doillies are perfect!
