Supplies on Hand.....a Bloggers Weekend

I signed up to May Flaum's 'Supplies on Hand [making the most of your crafty stash]' online course......I've plenty of stash I need to make the most of.....and her classes are always full of great ideas!!
Of course.....it started weeks ago and I'm only now getting going with it!!
The first lesson was all about using up alphabets....and any scrapbooker is going to have a few [or more] part used alphabets.
I decided using some would be a good way to document this year's Bloggers Weekend.
The plain card was the only 'new' stash cut into....the patterned papers were scraps....and the alphabets all part used ones....no embellishments......and the journaling is on the back.....I found it quite fun to just play around with alphabets thinking up appropriate words to describe such a wonderful weekend.

I love the subject of this page, of course, but I also really like the no embellishments. Now that would be a challenge for me!

I so hope you enjoy working through the class materials. There's a lot there. You'll have to let me know if you make a time capsule page

Sounds like a class I should have signed up for. What a great idea with the alphabets and it looks just right for the photo subject, perfectly creative

What a great layout and a fun way to use up a lot of sticker letters!

Great list and a fun page! I'm so envious; there's no one here who papercrafts any more, so I'm on my own. I could certainly use a push right now!
